The system works by continuously acquiring signals from field devices and sensors, processing these inputs through a redundant safety controller, and executing pre-configured safety logic. Based on an evaluation of these signals, the system generates deterministic output actions to control actuators, trigger alarms, or initiate emergency shutdown procedures, thereby ensuring the reliable and safe operation of industrial processes.
High-Density Data Acquisition: A single module can evaluate up to 32 analog current signals (standard 0/4–20 mA), making it ideal for large industrial plants with high I/O counts.
Safety Loop Integrity: Capable of measuring current in connected devices with safety-related accuracy and providing a minimum voltage guarantee for transmitter power supply.
Continuous Operation: Supports hot-swappable redundancy, allowing you to replace a faulty module during system operation without interrupting the process.
Fault Management: In the event of an internal or signal fault, the module automatically enters a safe state, sending a default value of "0" to the user program to trigger safety logic.
