Features:
- The field termination assembly module FS-TSGAS-1624
- Fail-safe Gas -Flame detector input FTA (0 - 20 mA, 16 channels)
- Module has sixteen analog input channels which may be used for both safety-related and non-safety-related applications
The FS-TSGAS-1624 Field Terminal Module (FTTM) is the interface between field gas/flame detectors and the fail-safe high-density analog input module 10105/2/1 (in the FSC system). The FS-TSGAS-1624 module features 16 analog input channels and can be used for both safety-related and non-safety-related applications.
The FS-TSGAS-1624 module uses a SIC-C-12 system interconnect cable to transmit the 16 input signals to a pair of redundant 10105/2/1 modules. The FTA module features a universal snap-on mounting design suitable for standard DIN EN rails and includes screw terminals for connecting power, grounding, and field wiring.
The FS-TSGAS-1624 Honeywell Field termination assembly module may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Each channel's input circuitry includes a high-precision resistor that converts the input current (0 to 20 mA) into an input voltage for connection to the high-density analog input module 10105/2/1. Each channel's analog transmitter power supply is equipped with a fuse (500 mA). Each analog input has its own independent field cable shielding terminal.
Gas and Flame Detection: Designed to connect field detectors and Honeywell safety management systems for monitoring leaks or fires in hazardous environments.
Safety-Critical Monitoring: Used for safety-related applications requiring SIL3 safety level compliance (when used in an appropriate system architecture), for fire protection and process safety.
Industrial Safety Systems: Typically deployed in high-risk industries such as oil refineries, chemical plants, and power plants.
