- Digital output (relay) FTA module
- DO (relay) FTA for AK5/6 applications (8 channels)
- Field termination assembly module FTA module
The FS-TSRO-0824 field wiring module is the interface between the system interconnect cable SIC-C-12 and external field wiring (screw terminals). It features eight relay-based passive output channels suitable for applications with safety levels of AK6 and below, requiring no troubleshooting functionality. The FS-TSRO-0824 module meets the general safety requirements for AK5/6 safety levels as defined in DIN V 19250.
These relays can drive a variety of loads, including 115/230 Vac loads, enabling the FSC system to have the 115/230 Vac output capability required for AK5/6 applications. LED indicators on the module show the relay energization status.
The FS-TSRO-0824 Honeywell Digital output (relay) FTA module may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

These eight channels can be connected to the FS-TSRO-0824 module via the system interconnect cable SIC-C-12. This cable inserts into the SIC connector on the FTA module and connects to a pair of (redundant) 10201/2/1 modules. The FTA module uses a universal snap-on mounting method, is compatible with standard DIN EN rails, and is equipped with screw terminals for field wiring.
Emergency Shutdown (ESD) Systems: Serving as a safety output interface to trigger critical shutdown procedures in petrochemical and industrial plants.
Fire and Gas Protection: Used to activate fire suppression systems, audible and visual alarms, and visual warning signals in hazardous environments.
Process and Machine Control: Safely regulates the operation of actuators, pumps, and valves to ensure they remain in a fail-safe state in the event of system failure.
HVAC and Infrastructure Safety: Monitors and controls temperature-critical processes and safety-related ventilation systems.
