Features:
- Touch Screen Panel 5.7 inches, no Ethernet connection
- Two RS-232C serial ports (Port A and Port B)
- USB Slave port for screen data transfer and PLC ladder monitoring
It displays real-time equipment operating status, process parameters, and alarm information through a graphical interface, allowing operators to intuitively monitor the entire production process. Simultaneously, users can control the equipment via a touchscreen, such as starting, stopping, and adjusting parameters, thereby improving production efficiency and operational convenience.
Its built-in alarm management, data logging, and diagnostic functions facilitate rapid fault location and maintenance, improving system reliability and stability, making it suitable for various industrial scenarios such as manufacturing and process control.
The NS5-MQ00-V2 Omron Touch Screen Panel may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

The NS5-MQ00-V2 acquires real-time operating data from the control system (e.g., PLC) through the communication interface, processes it internally, and displays it graphically. Simultaneously, operators input commands via the touchscreen, which are converted into communication data and sent back to the control system. This two-way data interaction mechanism enables real-time monitoring of industrial equipment, thereby ensuring the efficiency and controllability of system operation.
Machine Control Panel: Serves as the primary interface for operators to start/stop machines, adjust parameters (such as speed or timers), and monitor real-time status.
Process Monitoring: Visualizes PLC-recorded data using trend charts and line graphs, helping operators track performance and detect process anomalies.
Troubleshooting: The built-in troubleshooting program SAP (Intelligent Moving Parts) provides clear explanations and solutions for PLC errors directly on the screen, reducing downtime.
Maintenance and Field Programming: Ladder diagram monitoring allows maintenance personnel to monitor PLC programs and locate addresses without a separate laptop.
Multi-device Integration: Communicates simultaneously with Omron PLCs, temperature controllers (up to 31 units can be connected via RS-485 interface), and frequency converters, enabling centralized control of production units.
