Vibro-Meter's core business is providing high-end condition monitoring and machinery protection systems for critical industries worldwide, including aerospace, power generation, heavy industry, and the oil and gas sector. Its product line encompasses high-performance dynamic pressure sensors, vibration sensors, bearing vibration monitoring probes, and fully automated data acquisition and diagnostic systems.
Its systems reliably acquire extremely subtle physical change data in harsh field environments, such as ultra-high temperatures above 500°C, extremely high mechanical shocks, and potentially explosive atmospheres. These complex physical signals are then transformed into intuitive machine condition analyses through central monitoring software.
The CA303 144-303-000-011 Vibro-Meter High-temperature piezoelectric accelerometer may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Important Notice: Other accessories, manuals, cables, calibration data, software, etc. are not included with this equipment unless listed in the above stock item description. All prices are shown in USD.
Because the CA303-011 outputs raw, high-impedance static charge (pC/g), dedicated cables and signal conditioning equipment are required before connecting it to a PLC or monitoring rack: Matching Cable Assembly: This version can be directly connected to an external low-noise transmission path, such as the EC348 flexible cable assembly. Signal Conditioning: The signal is routed back to a remote charge converter (RCC) or a Vibro-meter® IPC704 symmetrical charge amplifier to convert the charge signal into a linear current loop signal. Protection System: The converted signal is fed into a standard protective enclosure, such as the VM600 or VibroSmart® rackmount architecture, for automatic safety logging and turbine trip logic.
