Product Information:

330704-000-080-50-12-00 is the precise configuration code for the Bently Nevada 3300 XL 11 mm proximity probe. Unlike the standard 8 mm probe, this sensor uses a larger 11 mm probe diameter, thus extending its linear tracking range. It is primarily used for axial (thrust) position measurement in large industrial machinery, or for applications where a wider clearance measurement window is structurally required.

Features:

  • 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Probes
  • 330704 3300 XL 11 mm Probe, M14 x 1.5 thread,with armor
  • 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Transducer System
The 3300 XL 11 mm proximity sensor system features an output of 3.94 V/mm (100 mV/mil) and can be used for non-contact vibration and displacement measurement in hydrodynamic bearing machinery. Its larger 11 mm probe provides a longer linear measurement range compared to our standard 3300 XL 8 mm sensor system.

The 3300 XL 11mm proximity sensor is designed to replace the 7200 Series 11mm and 14mm transducer systems. When upgrading from a 7200 Series system to the 3300 XL 11mm system, all components must be replaced with 3300 XL 11mm components. Additionally, the monitoring system must be updated. If using a 3500 monitoring system, the latest version of the configuration software that lists the 3300 XL 11mm transducer system as a compatible option is required.

The 330704-000-080-50-12-00 Bently Nevada 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Probes may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
Bently Nevada 330704-000-080-50-12-00 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Probes Manuals(Datasheets), Link Important Notice: Other accessories, manuals, cables, calibration data, software, etc. are not included with this equipment unless listed in the above stock item description. All prices are shown in USD.
Linear Sensing Range: Reliably maps motion within a 4.0 mm (160 mil) linear gap displacement range within the target area, twice that of a standard 8 mm probe.
Calibration Sensitivity: Produces a clear 100 mV/mil (3.94 V/mm) output when used with a compatible 3300 XL 11 mm proximity sensor.
Physical Component Materials: The probe tip is molded from high-stability polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), and the threaded housing body is molded from AISI 303 or 304 stainless steel.
This probe configuration uses a 5.0-meter (-50-) cable of total length and is designed for direct connection to a 5-meter proximity sensor without any intermediate extension cables. Adding an extension cable to this 5.0-meter probe configuration will result in a total electrical length of 9 meters or more. This will cause eddy current resonant tuning mismatch, completely destroying calibration and forcing the mechanical protection monitoring system to track inaccurate gap voltages or trigger an “abnormal” fault circuit.
