This module must be installed on the RX3i universal backplane. During configuration, the RX3i CPU firmware version must be 2.80 (version 43A1) or higher. This module is compatible with box-type (IC694TBB032), extended box-type (IC694TBB132), spring-loaded (IC694TBS032), or extended spring-loaded (IC694TBS132) terminal blocks. Extended terminal blocks provide the necessary additional shielding depth for shielded cables.

The PACSystems RX3i Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) platform universal analog input module supports a variety of input signals, such as voltage, current, and resistance, and supports thermocouples and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs). The module contains two sets of four (4) channels each, configurable for any combination of input signals.

The IC695ALG600-DD General Electric Analog Input module may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

This module is installed on the RX3i universal backplane and requires firmware version 2.80 or higher. This module is configured using Proficy Machine Edition (PME) 5.0 SP1A LD-PLC Hotfix 1 or later. Due to its larger housing, which accommodates thicker insulated shielded wires, extended terminal blocks are recommended. The module supports flash memory for future upgrades and features status indicators for module status, field status, and terminal block status.
This module is designed for complex industrial environments and is suitable for applications integrating various analog signals into a programmable logic controller (PLC):
Temperature Monitoring: Supports standard thermocouples (Types B, C, E, J, K, N, R, S, T) and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) (Types PT, Ni, NiFe, and Cu), suitable for heat treatment, kilns, and environmental control.
Process Control: 4–20 mA, 0–20 mA, and +/-20 mA current loops can be connected to commonly used pressure, flow, and level transmitters.
Voltage Measurement: Handles voltage signals from ±50mV to ±10V, suitable for dedicated sensor integration.
Resistance Sensing: Measures resistance from 0 to 4000 ohms, suitable for position sensors or custom resistance bridges.
