CC-PWRN01 is the single-supply, non-redundant 20 A power subsystem for Honeywell Series C control hardware. It accepts nominal 120/240 V AC and powers the cabinet DC distribution; it does not include a second supply or a 24 V battery-backup assembly.
The Honeywell CC-PWRN01 provides the single normal power path for a non-redundant Series C cabinet. Honeywell lists the configuration as assembly 51199937-100, containing one supply and a 20 A system capacity. Its regulated output feeds compatible distribution hardware serving the controller, I/O and associated field loads. The system specification gives a 100-230 V AC operating band, an 85-264 V AC operating-limit range and a 47-63 Hz frequency range; these descriptions should not be collapsed into an unsupported nominal rating.
Because no partner supply or 24 V backup assembly is included, removing the supply can interrupt all equipment dependent on that power path. Plan replacement with operations personnel and qualified electrical staff, using the cabinet drawings to identify the affected loads and the proper isolation point. After installation, check protective earth, supply output and alarm reporting before the process is returned to service. An intended redundancy or battery-backup upgrade requires review of the complete power-system design and supplied components.
Only one power supply is included in this configuration. Before selecting it, establish which controller and field circuits depend on its output and what the process does if that output is lost. A non-redundant power subsystem should not be described as providing a failover path.
The system capacity is 20 A. Sum controller, I/O and any field-power consumption supplied by the cabinet distribution, including the conditions required by the engineering design. The nominal 120/240 V AC input describes the supply arrangement; it does not determine the allowable DC load independently of the system rating.
Coordinate replacement with the approved process shutdown or transfer procedure because this configuration has no second supply to carry the load. Identify the incoming isolation point and verify the affected circuits before work. On restoration, check output and alarms and complete the required operational checks before releasing the cabinet.
Assembly 51199937-100 is the non-redundant 20 A Series C system. Match the supply arrangement, DC distribution and connected load with the installed design. If the application requires continuity after a supply failure, this configuration alone does not meet that requirement. Review a suitable redundant system and its installation requirements rather than assuming two loose supplies can be fitted interchangeably.
Determine the consequences of removing the sole supply before starting work. Qualified personnel should follow site isolation, lockout and electrical-safety procedures, then check the replacement assembly and connections against the approved drawings. After power is restored, confirm the correct DC output and alarm state and verify that the dependent controller and I/O have returned to their required operating condition.
Honeywell includes CC-PWRN01 in its January 2025 Series C power-system service guidance. That document addresses installed-equipment maintenance and does not declare a model-specific discontinuation date. A current OEM lifecycle designation has not been established by the cited sources, so this page does not label the product Active or Discontinued.
Power-supply age and condition should be reviewed against Honeywell maintenance guidance, including the increased failure risk around ten years of service. Moore Automated can confirm the condition, included components and availability of the quoted item; service-life estimates do not extend the OEM rating or establish remaining useful life.
