The Honeywell MC-PAOY22 is a conformally coated analog-output I/O Processor with 16 current-output channels. Honeywell specifies 4–20 mA outputs, direct settings of 0 mA or 2.9–21.1 mA, calibrated accuracy of ±0.35% at 25 °C including linearity, and a 4 ms settling time to 98% of final output. The processor is documented with MU-TAOY22, MU-TAOY23, MU-TAOY52 and MU-TAOY53 field termination assemblies, and the complete 80363969-150 order identity must be matched before replacement.

Honeywell specifies ±0.35% calibrated accuracy at 25 °C including linearity, ±0.05% nominal current linearity, ±0.05% resolution and ±0.02% full-scale per degree Celsius temperature stability. The 4 ms settling time applies to reaching 98% of the final output value.
The documented termination options are MU-TAOY22, MU-TAOY23, MU-TAOY52 and MU-TAOY53. Selection must retain the exact FTA label, connector arrangement, loop-power design and redundant or non-redundant configuration; a visually similar TAOY assembly is not automatically interchangeable.
For the supported redundant arrangement, Honeywell states a 20 ms maximum output gap during failover and a switching-hardware diagnostic frequency of once per minute. The processor pair, approved FTA, controller configuration and field-loop acceptance test must all be verified before service restoration.
