The TSAI-1620m Field Terminal Module (FTA) serves as the interface between field components (such as sensors) in Safety Manager and the SAI-1620m Safety High-Density Analog Input Module. It can be used to connect signals from Class I Zone 2 hazardous locations.

The TSAI-1620m module features 16 analog input channels for both safety-related and non-safety-related applications. These 16 channels (divided into two groups of eight, sharing a single 0V power supply) are connected via a system interconnect cable (SICC-0001/Lx), which plugs into the SIC connector on the FTA module.

The FTA module features a universal snap-on mounting design, compatible with standard DIN and EN rails, and includes screw terminals for connecting power, grounding, and field wiring. The FS-TSGAS-1624 module contains 16 groups (16 channels). Each group has four screw terminals for optimal field wiring connections. Each channel has a grounding terminal for shielding analog input cables. Screw terminals are numbered 1 to 64.
