The ICS Triplex TC-312-02 is a bidirectional local expansion cable assembly designed for high-security industrial environments. As a core component of Rockwell Automation's Trusted Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) critical control system, it primarily establishes a dual-redundant data backbone between the T8311 extender interface module and multiple TMR extender processors. This assembly provides a high-bandwidth, highly deterministic bidirectional physical channel, ensuring microsecond-level synchronous transmission of critical I/O status and fault voting data between the main base and multiple expansion racks, without interruption.
This cable assembly boasts exceptional physical strength and outstanding system fault tolerance. For long-term stable operation in harsh environments such as petrochemical plants, its outer sheath is made of high-quality low-smoke halogen-free (LSZH) flame-retardant material, fully complying with international industrial fire safety standards such as IEC 60332-3 Class A.
