The T9082U is a licensed engineering configuration and programming software for Rockwell Automation's ICS Triplex brand AADvance safety control system. Officially defined, it is a single-user, single-controller dongle-licensed version of the Workbench software (USB key licensing), compliant with the IEC 61131 standard.
In AADvance redundant and fault-tolerant systems designed for high-security industrial scenarios such as Emergency Stop (ESD) and Fire & Gas Detection (F&G), the T9082U is the core software platform for engineers to develop safety control logic, configure I/O hardware, and perform low-level system communication diagnostics.
This software version features extremely high security compliance and employs a dedicated physical dongle (USB key) licensing mechanism. As a safe and reliable development environment, the T9082U supports a variety of standard programming languages conforming to the IEC 61131-3 international standard (such as ladder diagrams and function block diagrams) and has passed TÜV Rheinland's IEC 61508 SIL3 functional safety certification. It is also equipped with the AADvance system.
