The T9084U is the official enterprise-level (full-featured) workbench software license for Rockwell Automation's ICS Triplex AADvance safety-critical control system. Based on the IEC 61131-3 international programming language specification, it is the highest-level development platform in the series, designed for writing, hardware configuration, field commissioning, and advanced diagnostics of critical interlock protection logic (such as Emergency Stop (ESD) or Fire and Gas Distribution (F&G)) for large-scale plant-scale AADvance systems.

The T9084U represents the highest level of multi-user, multi-controller version control, supporting simultaneous collaborative development by multiple engineers within an engineering team and enabling unlimited management, configuration, and control of multiple AADvance safety controllers within a plant. 1. Licensing Server: First, install the software and T9084U USB dongle on the computer designated as the "Licensing Server".
2. Multi-Terminal Sharing: Other engineers can simultaneously launch and run the AADvance Workbench software by simply connecting to this server via a local area network (LAN).
3. 5-User Quota: The system allows up to 5 terminals to simultaneously edit and configure AADvance logic online.
4. Scalability: If 5 users are insufficient, users can purchase additional T9085 licensing packages, each purchase adding 5 user slots to the T9084U.
1. Version Compatibility Watershed (Important Note):
The T9084U only supports AADvance Workbench version 1.x (typically system version 1.40 / Build 1.40.000.92).
AADvance Workbench 2.0 and later versions are not supported. According to the Rockwell Knowledge Base announcement, versions 2.0 and later have completely eliminated the physical USB dongle, replacing it with a purely digital software license. Existing USB licenses need to be converted to software licenses by contacting the official key management team.
 
2. Operating System Support: Version 1.x supports Windows XP (SP3), Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2003 (32-bit and 64-bit compatible); subsequent updates have gradually added compatibility with Windows 10 Professional/Enterprise editions.
