To safely transmit the sensor's current-modulated signal over long distances (up to 1,000 meters) to the monitoring rack, it is typically used in conjunction with a vibratory meter EC318 or EC319 cable assembly.
This hardware model is obsolete. Meggitt has issued an official lifecycle notice confirming that the CE680 series has been discontinued. Its direct replacement is the Meggitt CE620 vibration sensor platform, with the new part number 444-620-000-011-A1-B100.
