Features:
- Process Control Module / Signal Processing Board
- A compact, lightweight plug-in PCB assembly
- Distributed Control System (DCS) Framework
Its core function is as an intelligent control unit within a distributed control system (DCS) or large drive cabinet, specifically responsible for receiving and processing switching signals and high-frequency status signals from the underlying drive loops or field instruments. It provides the system with high-speed, real-time process-level control logic and is a key component ensuring precise closed-loop control of large automated production lines or complex power electronic equipment.
This module is also responsible for system bus communication and electrical isolation protection. It has a built-in dedicated communication bus interface, which can upload locally processed digital status or fault diagnosis data to the host processor or distributed central control console in real time via a dedicated industrial backplane or bus network.
The PFUK104 YM110002-SD ABB Control signal processing board may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Important Notice: Other accessories, manuals, cables, calibration data, software, etc. are not included with this equipment unless listed in the above stock item description. All prices are shown in USD.
The PFUK104 is a rugged power management or electrical bridge card. It provides localized, highly stable voltage tracking and filtered internal power routing in ABB multi-slot control racks. Its primary application is in harsh, high-interference, heavy-duty manufacturing environments to protect adjacent sensitive digital inputs or processing modules from voltage fluctuations and signal crosstalk.
Please carefully verify the suffix of the original device. For example, the electrical specifications and firmware versions of YM110002-SD and YM110001-SD may differ slightly. When replacing, it is recommended to prioritize models with a completely matching hardware part number (e.g., YM110002-SD).
Power-off operation: For hardware involving control logic and power distribution, when replacing in the field, the power supply to the entire system's control and power supply sides must be completely disconnected and locked to prevent inrush current from burning out the new circuit board or causing momentary failure of the communication link.
