Product Information:

330105-02-12-05-12-00 is a Bently Nevada 3300 XL Series 8 mm reverse mount proximity transducer probe. Featuring a 3/8-24 UNF thread standard and an integrated stainless steel housing, it is specifically designed for harsh internal environments of rotating machinery. It offers exceptional corrosion resistance and mechanical durability to perform high-precision data acquisition inside fluid-film bearings.

In terms of electrical and cable configuration, this model integrates a 0.5-meter (1.6 feet) FluidLoc cable that effectively blocks moisture and oil from leaking into the housing. The cable terminates in a Miniature ClickLoc coaxial connector, ensuring low signal loss and superior noise immunity. It provides seamless compatibility with 3300 XL Proximitor sensors within 3300 or 3500 Machinery Protection Systems.

As a critical front-end component of machinery monitoring systems, this probe is widely deployed in large industrial equipment like steam turbines and compressors. It enables real-time monitoring of radial vibration, axial position, Keyphasor phase reference, and shaft speed. This standard-certified model delivers excellent linear range and temperature stability to guarantee safe machinery operation.

Features:

  • 3300 XL 8 mm Reverse Mount Probes
  • 330105-02-12 3/8-24 UNF threads
  • 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Transducer System
The system provides an output voltage that is directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface and can measure both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) values. The system’s primary applications are vibration and position measurements on fluid-film bearing machines, as well as Keyphasor reference and speed measurements.

The 3300 XL probe, extension cable, and Proximitor sensor have corrosion-resistant, gold-plated ClickLoc connectors. These connectors require only finger-tight torque (the connectors will "click" when tight), and the specially-engineered locking mechanism prevents the connectors from loosening. These connectors require no special tools for installation or removal.

The 330105-02-12-05-12-00 Bently Nevada 3300 XL 8 mm Reverse Mount Probes may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
