Overview Manuals Basic Info Ordering Information System Application & Matching

Features:

  • 3300 XL Extended Temperature Range Extension Cable
  • 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Transducer System
  • The system provides an output voltage
An extended temperature range (ETR) probe and ETR extension cable are available for applications in which either the probe lead or extension cable may exceed the standard 177˚C (350˚F) temperature specification. The ETR probe has an extended temperature rating for up to 218˚C (425˚F). The ETR extension cable rating is up to 260˚C (500˚F).

Both the ETR probe and cable are compatible with standard temperature probes and cables, for example, you can utilize an ETR probe with the 330130 extension cable. The ETR system uses the standard 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor. Note that when you use any ETR component as part of your system, the ETR component limits the system accuracy to the accuracy of the ETR system.

The 330190-040-00-05 Bently Nevada 3300 XL Extended Temperature Range Extension Cable may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

This 4.0-meter extension cable is designed for use with 1.0-meter proximity probes to build standard 5.0-meter proximity sensor systems. Due to the robust interchangeability between components supported by Bently Nevada hardware, this cable can be replaced without bench recalibrating the Proximitor sensor. It is typically laid within protective conduits in heavy-duty rotating equipment for tracking shaft vibration or thrust positions in: high-temperature operating industrial gas turbines and steam turbines; high-pressure centrifugal gas compressors; and heavy-duty process boiler feed pumps.
