3500/05-01-02-00-00-01 is a Bently Nevada 3500 System full-size rack that provides the mechanical chassis, power distribution and backplane communication path for the installed machinery-protection modules. Its fixed power-supply and rack-interface locations sit beside fourteen monitor positions, allowing the rack configuration to be built around the required vibration, position or process-monitoring functions. The ordering code 3500/05-01-02-00-00-01 identifies full-size rack code 01, 19-inch EIA rack-mount code 02, agency option 00, reserved code 00, and CE code 01. The rack provides fourteen available monitor-module positions.
Power supplies and the rack interface module occupy fixed positions at the left side and are not counted among the fourteen available monitor slots. The monitor arrangement should be defined in the 3500 Rack Configuration Software and checked against I/O-module and backplane requirements.
Mount this 3500/05 configuration on 19-inch EIA rails and preserve rear access for I/O modules and field wiring. Reserve the far-left positions for the power supplies and rack interface module, verify protective grounding and service clearance, then install monitor modules only in the remaining fourteen positions defined by the engineered rack layout.
The 3500/05 rack assigns fixed positions to the power supplies and rack interface module on the left. Use the other fourteen positions only for compatible 3500 monitor modules, retain their documented I/O modules and wiring, and confirm the saved rack configuration before returning machinery protection channels to service.
