AC power supply module

3500/15 127610-01

Product Information:

The 3500/15 127610-01 is the legacy AC power supply module for a 3500 rack. Its operating input range depends on the paired high- or low-voltage AC power input module. It converts the selected AC source into the internal supplies required by the rack modules.

    • PRODUCT OVERVIEW

      What is this product?

The 3500/15 127610-01 is the legacy AC power supply front module documented for the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery-protection rack. It occupies a dedicated half-height position on the left side and works with a separately identified power input module. The high-voltage and low-voltage AC input arrangements use different PIM numbers, so the mains range cannot be inferred from the front supply number alone. The rack can accommodate one or two supplies; either supply can power a complete rack, and a two-supply arrangement provides primary and backup positions. A Supply OK indicator reports supply operation. Hardware revisions affect the permitted upper input voltage on older installations. The later universal-AC design is a different matched supply-and-PIM combination, making both rear-module identity and revision information essential when selecting a replacement.

Overview Manuals AC Pairing Dual Supply AC Upgrade

Features:

  • Legacy AC front supply uses separately specified high- and low-voltage power input modules; the front number alone does not select the mains range.
  • Either installed supply can support a complete rack, with the lower position serving as primary and the upper as backup in a two-supply configuration.
  • A move to the universal AC design requires a matched 106M1079-01 supply and 106M1081-01 input module; old and new AC halves are not compatible.

Bently Nevada 3500/15 127610-01 AC power supply module manual(Datasheets), Link Important Notice: Other accessories, manuals, cables, calibration data, software, etc. are not included with this equipment unless listed in the above stock item description. All prices are shown in USD.

127610-01 pairs with 125840-01 for high-voltage AC or 125840-02 for low-voltage AC. Confirm both hardware revisions before applying the datasheet voltage range.

The lower supply is primary and the upper is backup when two are installed. Continuity during removal of either unit requires another correctly installed supply and the documented service procedure.

A universal-AC conversion uses 106M1079-01 together with 106M1081-01. The manufacturer warns against interchanging individual legacy and universal front or input modules.

Technical notes

127610-01 is the legacy AC supply listed in manufacturer datasheet 141530-01 Rev. F. The 125840-01 PIM selects the high-voltage AC arrangement and 125840-02 selects the low-voltage arrangement. PIM versions before Rev. R combined with supply modules before Rev. M have lower permitted upper input limits: 250 VAC or 125 VAC respectively. This is not the same as the universal 85-264 VAC front-and-PIM combination. The newer universal supply 106M1079-01 and PIM 106M1081-01 must be paired; the current manufacturer datasheet explicitly rejects mixing universal and legacy AC halves. Rack continuity during removal of one supply depends on a second correctly installed supply, and servicing must follow the manufacturer safety procedure.

Legacy AC Pair Identification

Verify the 127610-01 front label, the 125840-01 or 125840-02 rear PIM label and both revision markings. Provide photographs of the supply/PIM pair and the installed primary or backup position. Do not replace a legacy half with a universal-AC half based only on the 3500/15 family name.

Power Supply Matching Request

Send quantity, full 3500/15 127610-01 identification, front and rear nameplate photographs, the existing PIM number and the rack power arrangement. State whether a like-for-like legacy spare or a matched universal-AC conversion is required, together with receiving country and requested delivery date.

PRODUCT & ORDER FAQS

Questions buyers ask about 3500/15 127610-01

  • Does 127610-01 mean a universal 85-264 VAC supply?

No. It identifies the legacy AC front supply. The high- or low-voltage range is determined by the matching legacy PIM and the applicable revision limits.
  • Which PIM belongs with the legacy supply?

The manufacturer lists 125840-01 for high-voltage AC and 125840-02 for low-voltage AC. Check both revision markings before applying the upper voltage limit.
  • Can one supply power an entire rack?

Yes. The 3500/15 architecture permits either supply to power a full rack. With two fitted, the lower supply is primary and the upper supply is backup.
  • Can I exchange just the front half for the universal version?

No. The universal 106M1079-01 supply and 106M1081-01 PIM form a matched pair and are not compatible with the legacy AC halves. Follow the OEM replacement procedure.
  • Why are the revision letters important?

PIM versions before Rev. R used with supply modules before Rev. M require 175-250 VAC for high-voltage AC or 85-125 VAC for low-voltage AC, rather than the expanded upper limits.
  • Is the listed module ready for an urgent order?

Ask Moore Automated to confirm the quantity and identification photographs for 3500/15 127610-01. Availability and the exact supplied item are checked against the current quotation; optional modules or accessories must be stated separately.
  • Who provides the warranty for this item?

Moore Automated provides a one-year independent-supplier warranty for the quoted 3500/15 127610-01. Keep the part number and serial-identification photographs for any claim; scope and return conditions are stated in the quotation. This is not an OEM warranty.
  • What is the shipping arrangement?

Dispatch is from Xiamen, Fujian, China. The listed handling time is 3 days after the 3500/15 127610-01 order and available unit are confirmed; international transit time depends on the destination and agreed carrier. Final packed dimensions and weight are confirmed after packing.
