GE Fanuc IC693CPU374 is a single-slot Series 90-30 CPU module with an integrated Ethernet interface for PLC control and plant-network communication.
The CPU374 platform provides two auto-sensing 10/100BASE-T RJ45 ports through an embedded switch and supports SRTP and Ethernet Global Data communication. Its user memory and instruction set support discrete, analog and communications-oriented control programs.
The Series 90-30 platform is a legacy GE automation family. Confirm rack power, firmware, memory-card requirements and network addressing before replacing an installed CPU; current modernization projects should be engineered for PACSystems RX3i.

IC693CPU374 integrates the Series 90-30 processor and dual-port 10/100 Ethernet connectivity in one rack module. Commissioning requires verification of baseplate compatibility, power budget, firmware, IP addressing and application backup; migration to PACSystems RX3i requires program and I/O compatibility review rather than a blind module swap.
Compatibility: It is equipped with a 133 MHz AMD SC520 (or 386EX) RISC processor, delivering a scan rate of 0.15 ms per 1K Boolean logi.
Configuration: The module provides 240 KB of user-configurable memory and supports up to 4096 discrete and 2048 analog I/O points.
Application: It features dual 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports with an integrated switch and an RS-485 serial port via the power supply.
Lifecycle: Programming and configuration require Proficy Logic Developer - Machine Edition (formerly CIMPLICITY ME).
