- 6.5 m Chassis Power Cable
- ICS Triplex Trusted TC000 Power Cables
- Identifies the primary Chassis Power Cable type within the broader Trusted electrical distribution family
This cable serves as a dedicated power transmission link, ensuring a stable and uninterrupted power supply from the protection unit (MCB) to the cooling subsystem. Its configuration supports current control while maintaining electrical isolation and operational safety within the cabinet.
This cable assembly ensures minimal voltage drop, controllable thermal performance, and the ability to withstand the mechanical stresses commonly found in control panels and industrial cabinets. Its design enables it to maintain stable performance throughout continuous operation, thereby improving overall system reliability and heat dissipation efficiency.
The TC-001-02-6M5 ICS Triplex Chassis Power Cable may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

This series of short cables is designed for vertical cabling within a single rack, while the extra-long TC-001-02-6M5 cable is designed for multi-rack bridging and deep rack expansion:
Cross-rack power routing: It allows centralized trusted power distribution unit (PDU) miniature circuit breaker (MCB) components (such as the T8292 unit) to securely bridge power and distribute power to remote trusted expansion chassis located across multiple rack compartments.
Voltage drop suppression: Despite its longer length, its core conductor is specially designed to withstand high DC currents while minimizing voltage drop, ensuring a stable, lossless 24 Vdc reference voltage for remote processor cards.
1.Bending Radius Limitations: Due to the thick, low-smoke halogen-free (LSZH) protective shield and thick copper conductors, industrial-grade bending radius limits must be strictly adhered to during cabling to prevent internal conductor stress or sheath tearing.
2.Line Isolation: Keep this thick DC power cable away from high-voltage AC cables and sensitive low-voltage instrument signal cables to avoid accidental electromagnetic induction or noise coupling.
3.Firm Connections: Ensure heavy-duty terminals are fully locked to the back panel of the target chassis to prevent localized resistive heating under high-current system loads.
