Its operating principle is based on a closed-loop feedback control mechanism: the module collects key parameters from the ESP (Electronic Stability Program) in real time through sensors, such as secondary voltage and secondary current, and uses a built-in microprocessor to run specific dust removal optimization algorithms. Based on detected spark frequency and load changes, the module automatically adjusts the firing angle of the high-voltage silicon rectifier transformer, thereby dynamically adjusting the voltage intensity applied to the electrodes. This keeps the system in an optimal state close to the spark flashover threshold, achieving optimal flue gas purification while reducing energy consumption.
- Automatic Voltage Control (AVC): Manages high-voltage transformer rectifier (T/R) units, automatically adjusting power levels to maintain the highest possible spark rate and collection efficiency without damaging the equipment.
- Emission Compliance: Used in coal-fired power plants, cement kilns, and steel mills to ensure exhaust emissions comply with environmental regulations regarding dust and smoke.
- Energy Management: Implements "intermittent power supply" to reduce energy consumption during periods of low dust load or to address the "back corona" problem caused by high-resistivity dust.
- Vibration Control Integration: Coordinates the operating time of the mechanical "vibrator" to knock collected dust from internal baffles into the hopper.
