Features:
- 3300 XL test plug
- 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Transducer System
- The 3-pin adapter plugs into the test pin holes on 3300 XL-style Proximitor sensors.
The 3300 XL Test Plug contains 3 small test pins attached to 3 color-coded 1-meter wires, each terminated in a banana plug. The 3-pin adapter plugs into the test pin holes on 3300 XL-style Proximitor sensors. You can use this test plug to check the performance of the Proximitor sensor from the test pin holes in the terminal strip without removing the field wiring.
Each 3300 XL 8 mm Transducer System component is backward compatible and interchangeable4 with other nonXL 3300 series 5 mm and 8 mm transducer system components. This compatibility includes the 3300 5 mm probe, for applications in which an 8 mm probe is too large for the available mounting space.
The 148722-01 Bently Nevada 3300 XL test plug may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Important Notice: Other accessories, manuals, cables, calibration data, software, etc. are not included with this equipment unless listed in the above stock item description. All prices are shown in USD.
Interface Connector: Utilizes a dedicated three-pin adapter design for direct insertion into the built-in test pin recess of the 3300 XL proximity sensor.
Leads: Includes three independent color-coded leads, each 1.0 meter (3.3 feet) long.
Terminals: All three color-coded leads terminate with standard banana plugs. This allows direct connection to a handheld digital multimeter (DMM) or portable loop calibrator.
Field Loop Verification: Allows field technicians to easily connect verification equipment to verify raw voltage output and signal ratio without disassembling field terminal harnesses.
Static Gap Calibration Verification: Used in conjunction with static calibration verification kits (e.g., spindle micrometer targets) to read actual sensor performance curves and compare them to standard scaling factors.
Reduced Signal Interruptions: Eliminates the risk of mechanical wear and wiring failure caused by repeated disassembly and reassembly of terminal screws during routine machine maintenance and testing.
