- The 3500/25 Enhanced Keyphasor Module is a half-height, two-channel module
The 3500/25 Enhanced Keying Module is a half-height, dual-channel module used to provide keying signals to monitoring modules in the 3500 rack. This module receives input signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups and converts them into digital keying signals to indicate when the keying marker on the axis coincides with the keying sensor. The 3500 mechanical protection system can receive up to four keying signals in normal configuration and up to eight keying signals in paired configuration.
The Enhanced Keying Module is an improved version of the 3500 system. Compared to the previous design, it offers more powerful keying signal processing capabilities while remaining fully compatible with existing keying modules in terms of form factor, size, and functionality, and can be used in legacy systems. Keying module PWA 125792-01 has been completely replaced by the updated 149369-01 module.
The 3500/25 149369-01 Bently Nevada Enhanced Keyphasor Module may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

This isolated keyed phase I/O module is designed for applications where:
keyed phase signals are connected in parallel to multiple devices and require isolation from other systems, such as control systems. This isolated I/O module is designed for magnetic pickup applications but is also compatible with Proximitor* applications, providing isolation for Proximitor* applications as long as an external power supply is available. The primary purpose of this I/O module is to measure shaft speed, not phase. While this module can also perform phase measurements, it introduces a slightly higher phase shift compared to non-isolated I/O modules.
Operating Temperature: -30°C to +65°C (-22°F to +150°F)
