Features:
- CUMMINS ONAN PCB ASSY-GENSET BASE
- Genset Base Module (PCB Assembly)
- Specifically designed for use in PowerCommand Control (PCC) 3200 and 3201 series generator controllers
This module is the core component of the generator set control system, primarily responsible for executing the generator set's start-up and shutdown sequence control, and monitoring key electrical and mechanical parameters in real time during operation to ensure a safe and reliable power supply in industrial and commercial applications.
As the central hub of the control system, this control board integrates various management functions, including generator set status display, fault alarm handling, and communication coordination with external automation systems.
The 300-4969 AX1005414 CUMMINS Genset Base Module may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Based on embedded microprocessor logic, the module acquires analog and digital signals such as current, voltage, frequency, and engine pressure from sensors and transformers via input interfaces. The control board processes this data according to a preset algorithm and outputs corresponding command signals to actuators (such as fuel pumps or pressure regulators), thereby achieving closed-loop control. When a parameter exceeds a safety threshold, the module immediately triggers a protection mechanism, performing an alarm or emergency shutdown to prevent equipment damage.
- Generator Control and Monitoring: As the core "brain," it is responsible for basic functions such as generator start-up, shutdown, and continuous monitoring.
- System Foundation: This "foundation card" provides the platform upon which other functional cards (such as fuel control cards, parallel connection cards, or generator cards) are integrated to form a complete control system.
- Critical Infrastructure Power Supply: Deployed in high-reliability power systems for industrial and commercial applications, such as data centers, hospitals, and manufacturing plants, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
- Remote Monitoring: Facilitates connection to PowerCommand displays and other diagnostic tools to track performance and system status.
