Product Information:

The Trendmaster dynamic pressure sensor, model 200151-60-03-10, is manufactured by Bentley Nevada. Unlike traditional sensors that measure mechanical vibration, it utilizes high-performance piezoelectric or micromechanical sensing elements and is designed for non-contact or direct-contact measurement of dynamic transient pressure pulsations in rotating machinery fluid systems.

Its housing is constructed from all-welded, high-strength, airtight stainless steel, with a robust aerospace-grade protective connector on top, effectively resisting harsh environments such as dust, strong corrosion, and severe mechanical shock.

For system integration, this sensor seamlessly connects to Bentley's Trendmaster DSM (Dynamic Condition Monitoring) system or 3500 monitoring cabinet, converting high-frequency fluid pressure fluctuations into proportional electrical signals in real time and transmitting them to the backend System 1 software. This sensor provides essential data support and interlocking trip protection for critical fluid faults in equipment, such as water hammer, cavitation, valve leakage, and airflow impact.

Features:

  • 200150, 200155 and 200157 Accelerometers
  • Bently Nevada Machinery Condition Monitoring
  • General Purpose Trendmaster 2000 or Trendmaster Pro Accelerometer
The 20015x Accelerometers are general purpose, wide frequency, case-mounted seismic transducers designed for use with Trendmaster ProTIMs. The 200150 Accelerometer also operates with the Trendmaster 2000 system. The accelerometer interfaces with the 200100 Dual Acceleration to Velocity flexiTIM Module and the 89130-01 Acceleration-to-Velocity TIM (Transducer Interface Module), as well as the 1900/25 and 1900/27 monitors.

The 20015x Accelerometers feature a hermetically sealed, stainless steel case. This design provides an extremely rugged transducer that is well suited for harsh industrial environments. The transducer’s top-mounted, 5-pin connector allows you to easily install and remove the interconnecting signal cable. A 3/8-24 threaded hole on the bottom of the sensor’s casing accommodates several mounting options.

The 200151-60-03-10 Bently Nevada Accelerometers may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

This sensor is widely used in the oil, chemical, and power industries for high-frequency pressure monitoring and early fault prevention in fluid lines and cylinders of pumps, compressors, turbines, and reciprocating machinery. Depending on the specific selection parameters, this model is ideal for the extreme physical and safety environments of industrial sites. The "60" option indicates that the sensor supports a dynamic full-range measurement range of up to 60 psi (approximately 4.14 bar), enabling it to capture minute pressure waveform changes in highly dynamic environments. The "03" option features a specific mechanical thread mounting interface (typically a universal NPT or metric high-pressure gas-tight thread) to ensure absolute sealing in high-pressure process piping. The final "10" option offers multiple explosion-proof certifications (such as ATEX and IECEx intrinsically safe explosion-proof ratings), allowing for safe deployment in hazardous industrial production areas containing flammable and explosive gases, vapors, or highly hazardous dusts. In real-world field operation, this dynamic pressure sensor demonstrates exceptional durability.
