Model 330104-00-10-05-12-05 is a 3300 XL series 8mm standard forward-mounted eddy current displacement sensor probe manufactured by Bently Nevada.
As a core front-end hardware component of an online condition monitoring system for industrial rotating machinery, it utilizes the non-contact eddy current principle to achieve long-term, real-time, continuous monitoring of shaft vibration, axial displacement, and rotational speed in critical equipment such as steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, large water pumps, and fans by precisely measuring the minute gap between the probe end face and the shaft surface.
Specifically, the probe features a 3/8-24 UNF imperial thread forward-mounted design and is protected by stainless steel armor. The system uses a preamplifier to convert minute physical gap changes into a standard 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil) dynamic voltage signal, which is continuously sent to the Bentley 3500 monitoring cabinet at the back end, providing millisecond-level interlocking trip protection and fault early warning for the core rotating assets of the entire plant.
