- UCV Controller Board
- Mark VI Turbine Control System Series
- GE Boards & Turbine Control Mark VI IS200 series
The core control boards of the GE Mark VIe system, designed to provide high-performance control capabilities for harsh industrial environments such as gas turbines and steam turbines, enabling high-speed system scheduling and real-time monitoring of peripheral I/O.
As the system's brain, these two control boards fully support single-machine, dual-machine, and triple redundancy (TMR) configurations, and can seamlessly communicate with human-machine interfaces (HMIs) and I/O modules via Ethernet (IONet), ensuring determinism and high reliability in industrial processes.
The IS215UCVEM06A IS215UCVEH2AF General Electric UCV Controller Board may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Data is acquired via IONet and processed using predefined control algorithms for closed-loop calculations, enabling precise control of complex logic. Under the TMR architecture, these two control boards process data in parallel and execute a "two-out-of-three" voting mechanism to automatically isolate faulty units in the event of a single point of failure, ensuring uninterrupted and stable operation of critical infrastructure. Heat Dissipation Design: Considering the harsh industrial environment, both circuit boards are equipped with heavy-duty integrated aluminum heat sinks covering nearly half of the board surface, employing a fanless passive cooling design.
Protective Process: The circuit board surface uses a conformal coating process to effectively prevent moisture, dust, and chemical corrosion, thereby improving reliability in harsh environments such as power plants.
External Components: The front panel includes three status indicator lights (displaying operation, fault, etc.) and an embedded reset button to prevent accidental shutdown.
