Features:
- Point processing at 2.5 mS period for "LVDT/RVDT signal" and PID execution
- Drive Servo output to safe value on detecting abnormal condition of control components
- SProvides digital dither (current modulation) to compensate stiction in the controlled device (servo valve)
This C-Series I/O module provides an onboard PID positioning loop for positioning servo valves commonly used in turbomachinery control applications. It can receive LVDT/RVDT/4-20 mA position feedback signals from the control valve, receive remote setpoints for the control valve from a C300-20ms CEE controller, and execute the onboard PID positioning loop, thereby outputting current to the servo valve coil to control the valve's position.
The C-Series field connectors utilize standard modular connectors. The modular design allows for the removal and insertion of field cabling, significantly simplifying installation and maintenance processes and facilitating field inspection. The C-Series field connectors accept multi-strand wires up to 12AWG/2.5mm².
The CC-TSV211 51306665-175 Honeywell Servo Valve Positioner Module may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Bulk-terminated cables (also known as bulk cables) can be used to support cabling applications. Bulk terminations eliminate the need for separate C-Series field connectors. C-Series I/O installations do not require separate cabling. However, if cabling is required, bulk-terminated cables provide a convenient and efficient connection from I/O to the patch panel. Bulk terminations can also meet other special cabling needs. These cables are supplied by several Honeywell partners.
SVPM supports the following I/O interfaces
• LVDT/RVDT/analog input – 2 channels
• Digital input – 2 channels
• Servo/analog output – 2 channels
• 2 PID blocks
