The DGC-2020HD is an advanced but rugged genset control system designed for paralleling and complex load sharing schemes. With comprehensive control, metering, expandability, and protection capabilities, the DGC-2020HD is a total system solution for generator set applications. Its compact package allows users to save both space and money.
The most significant core advantage of this model lies in its advanced paralleling, load balancing, and system grid management capabilities. It is specifically designed for complex multi-unit grid connections and system segmentation, supporting peak shaving, grid power input/output control, and up to 32 levels of automatic load shedding. In practical applications, its highly robust potting design allows it to easily withstand vibrations and temperature variations in extreme environments such as oil fields, ships, or outdoor generator rooms.

1.Programming Logic: Programming is performed using Basler's BESTlogic™ Plus software, which includes a built-in offline simulator, allowing for testing of circuit breaker logic and control loops without the need for physical hardware.
2.Installation Methods: Two different hardware versions are available. The standard front panel mount version features an integrated human-machine interface (HMI) and a color touchscreen.
3.The DIN rail mount version (xRxxxxxxx) requires no local HMI and is suitable for remote control of box panels.
4.Connectivity: Supports Ethernet (TCP/IP) and Modbus communication protocols, and supports automatic email notifications for system warnings or alarms.
