Fault status is displayed on a single-segment seven-segment LED display located behind the top cover. Referring to the FANUC Alpha servo amplifier official maintenance manual, the following main fault codes can be identified:
Alarm 1 (AL-1): Internal or external radiator cooling fan failure or reduced speed.
Alarm 2 (AL-2): Control circuit voltage too low. Insufficient logic power supply to the internal control power board.
Alarm 5 (AL-5): Main DC bus voltage too low. The shared DC bus voltage has dropped below the safe operating threshold.
Alarm 8 (AL-8): Excessive current flowing into the L-axis motor circuit. This indicates a short circuit in the motor power supply line, a burnt-out internal IGBT module, or a burnt-out motor winding.
1.Large Gantry Milling Machine X/Y Axes: Used to drive the main column or long worktable of heavy-duty bridge milling machines, requiring smooth movement of several tons of steel and iron materials under strict tolerance control.
