Features:
- Large-capacity system drawing a rated 56 kW input
- Runs on high-voltage DC current ranging from 283V to 325V DC, pulled across a common DC link fed from an upstream Power Supply Module
- Delivers a substantial continuous current rating of 198 Amps
The FANUC A06B-6102-H245#H520 spindle amplifier module is designed for robust performance in automatic control systems. It is compatible with three-phase power supplies, with an input voltage range of 283 to 325 volts AC. The device can generate a maximum output voltage of 230 volts. Its 56 kW rated power effectively meets the demands of high-performance spindles.
Users can monitor the operating status via its 7-segment LED display, which clearly shows the module's operating status. The module is designed to withstand various environmental conditions, operating efficiently in ambient temperatures from 0 to 55°C and suitable for storage conditions from -20 to 60°C, even in non-condensing environments. The module has good humidity tolerance, maintaining stable operation at relative humidity up to 90%.
The A06B-6102-H245 #H520 General Electric Alpha Spindle Amplifier Module may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

When a fault triggers the circuit breaker to trip, a two-digit alarm indication will be displayed on the seven-segment display screen behind the transparent front cover. Typical fault triggers for the SPM-45 include:
Alarm 01: Motor overcurrent or integrated circuit short circuit;
Alarm 02: Spindle motor speed deviation (speed loop parameter slip);
Alarm 12: Excessive main DC bus current;
Alarm 56: Internal cooling fan failure or radiator overheating.
1.CE Mark: This product has passed formal type testing and complies with the necessary safety and health regulations stipulated by the European Economic Area (EEA).
2.EMC Directive: Tested to ensure that the driver's high-frequency switching noise will not significantly interfere with the surrounding power grid or factory fieldbus when outputting continuous current up to 198 amps.
3.UL/cUL Certification: Although this product is primarily positioned as a CE-certified product, its structural sub-components, underlying printed circuit board (A20B-1007-0590/A20B-2002-0081), and plastic terminal housing have all passed Underwriters Laboratories (UL) certification for flame retardancy and high-voltage arc tracking. This ensures that the hardware can pass factory panel inspection in accordance with North American NFPA 79/UL 508A standards.
4.ISO 9001 Certification: This product is manufactured at FANUC's centralized production facility in Japan and complies with ISO 9001 quality management system certification.
5.RoHS Compliance: This product complies with current environmental regulations regarding heavy metals and hazardous electronic manufacturing substances.
6.Rack Environment Rating: This equipment has an open-frame structure and must be installed in an industrial-grade rack with a protection rating of at least IP54 to protect its internal logic circuitry from debris generated during manufacturing, conductive mist in the air, and direct contact with moisture.
