The FANUC A06B-6096-H104 is a precision servo drive designed specifically for industrial applications. Powered by 200-240V AC, this drive boasts a rated power of up to 40 kW and delivers exceptional performance. When an abnormal situation occurs, the system will trigger the corresponding error log. These logs can be found in the standard GE FANUC Alpha maintenance manual or viewed through the CNC display interface:
Alarm 1 (AL-1): Internal cooling fan failure. The cooling components in the lower chassis have stopped rotating and need to be replaced as soon as possible.
Alarm 2 (AL-2): Control power supply undervoltage. Indicates that the internal logic power supply voltage is lower than the operating standard.
Alarm 5 (AL-5): DC bus undervoltage. Indicates that the three-phase factory-installed power supply input voltage of the shared power module has decreased.
Alarm 8, 9, or A: L-axis current abnormality. Disconnect the motor power supply cable from the U/V/W terminals to diagnose whether the fault is an internal short circuit in the driver or internal damage to the motor coils.
