Features:

  • 200150, 200155 and 200157 Accelerometers
  • Bently Nevada Machinery Condition Monitoring
  • General Purpose Trendmaster 2000 or Trendmaster Pro Accelerometer
The 20015x Accelerometers are general purpose, wide frequency, case-mounted seismic transducers designed for use with Trendmaster ProTIMs. The 200150 Accelerometer also operates with the Trendmaster 2000 system. The accelerometer interfaces with the 200100 Dual Acceleration to Velocity flexiTIM Module and the 89130-01 Acceleration-to-Velocity TIM (Transducer Interface Module), as well as the 1900/25 and 1900/27 monitors.

The 20015x Accelerometers feature a hermetically sealed, stainless steel case. This design provides an extremely rugged transducer that is well suited for harsh industrial environments. The transducer’s top-mounted, 5-pin connector allows you to easily install and remove the interconnecting signal cable. A 3/8-24 threaded hole on the bottom of the sensor’s casing accommodates several mounting options.

The 200151-20-03-00 Bently Nevada Accelerometers may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

tightening the cable to the accelerometer and is provided
on both ends of the cable
In practical industrial applications, this cable features high-grade stainless steel armor protection and excellent airtightness, moisture resistance, and oil resistance, making it widely used in harsh environments such as petrochemical, thermal power generation, metallurgical refining, and coal preparation industries, characterized by high temperatures, strong electromagnetic interference (EMI), heavy dust, and oil/water splashes. Its relatively short length (2.0 meters) makes it an ideal choice for laying cables near “asset groups” such as condensate pumps, small and medium-sized electric motors, cooling tower gearboxes and various blowers, providing excellent mechanical protection while effectively shortening the wiring distance and reducing the risk of cable sagging.

Technical notes

The Bentley Nevada 200151-20-03-00 is a 2.0-meter standard double-ended connection cable with blue stainless steel armor, designed for connecting 200150/200155/200157 vibration accelerometers. The cable features IP67 injection-molded sealed connectors and a 4-core 22 AWG shielded design, ensuring stable signal transmission over an ambient temperature range of -20°C to +100°C.

Ask our team:

  • What are the main functions of the 200151-20-03-00 in an industrial proximity sensor system?
The 200151-20-03-00 is a calibrated eddy current proximity probe extension cable used to connect non-contact proximity probes and their corresponding proximity drivers (Proximitor® or signal conditioners). As part of a sensor system, the 200151-20-03-00 ensures accurate transmission of axial displacement, radial vibration, axial position, and rotor dynamics measurement signals.
  • What are the cable length specifications for the 200151-20-03-00?
The 200151-20-03-00 comes with a 2.0-meter (approximately 6.6-foot) extension cable, which, when used with compatible proximity probes and drivers, provides the total length required for system calibration. The specified cable length is crucial for maintaining factory-calibrated sensitivity and measurement accuracy.
  • How is the metrological accuracy of the eddy current measurement system guaranteed?
The 200151-20-03-00 cable employs precisely controlled impedance, capacitance, and conductor geometry to ensure minimal signal attenuation and phase distortion. These characteristics enable the entire proximity sensor system to provide highly linear, repeatable, and accurate displacement measurements within its specified operating range.
  • How does the shielding structure of the 200151-20-03-00 cable differ from traditional industrial cables?
The 200151-20-03-00 cable utilizes a low-noise coaxial cable structure and high-performance electromagnetic shielding, significantly reducing electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI). This robust shielding structure maintains the integrity of high-frequency eddy current signals even in noisy industrial environments.
  • What connector configuration does the 200151-20-03-00 use?
The 200151-20-03-00 comes pre-installed with precision coaxial connectors designed specifically for industrial eddy current monitoring systems. These connectors provide robust mechanical connections, low contact resistance, and reliable signal continuity even under continuous vibration and harsh operating conditions.
