Accelerometer Interface Standard Cable

200151-60-03-00

Spare Part Number

PN200151-60-03-00

Product Information:

The 200151-60-03-00 is an accelerometer interface standard cable manufactured by Bently Nevada (a subsidiary of Baker Hughes). This cable is a critical component of equipment condition monitoring systems, specifically designed to connect housing vibration accelerometers (such as the 200150, 200155, or 200157) mounted on the housing surface to Trendmaster ProTIM sensor interface modules or 1900/25 and 1900/27 safety monitors. Its double-ended sealed connector design ensures non-destructive, high-fidelity, real-time transmission of high-frequency housing vibration signals from rotating machinery such as fans, pumps, and motors.

In terms of practical industrial applications and physical characteristics, the 200151-60-03-00 utilizes heavy-duty multi-core shielded wire designed for extreme industrial environments, with a minimum bending radius of 63.5 mm (2.5 inches), balancing flexibility and armor rigidity during cable laying.

200151-60-03-00 features excellent sealing, moisture resistance, and oil resistance, ensuring that the sensor and data acquisition module can operate stably for more than a year without maintenance in high-risk, oily, and water mist environments such as petrochemical, metallurgical refining, thermal power generation, and water treatment.

Features:

  • 200150, 200155 and 200157 Accelerometers
  • Bently Nevada Machinery Condition Monitoring
  • General Purpose Trendmaster 2000 or Trendmaster Pro Accelerometer
The 20015x Accelerometers are general purpose, wide frequency, case-mounted seismic transducers designed for use with Trendmaster ProTIMs. The 200150 Accelerometer also operates with the Trendmaster 2000 system. The accelerometer interfaces with the 200100 Dual Acceleration to Velocity flexiTIM Module and the 89130-01 Acceleration-to-Velocity TIM (Transducer Interface Module), as well as the 1900/25 and 1900/27 monitors.

The 20015x Accelerometers feature a hermetically sealed, stainless steel case. This design provides an extremely rugged transducer that is well suited for harsh industrial environments. The transducer’s top-mounted, 5-pin connector allows you to easily install and remove the interconnecting signal cable. A 3/8-24 threaded hole on the bottom of the sensor’s casing accommodates several mounting options.

The 200151-60-03-00 Bently Nevada Accelerometers may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
