Features:
- 200150, 200155 and 200157 Accelerometers
- Bently Nevada Machinery Condition Monitoring
- General Purpose Trendmaster 2000 or Trendmaster Pro Accelerometer
The 20015x Accelerometers are general purpose, wide frequency, case-mounted seismic transducers designed for use with Trendmaster ProTIMs. The 200150 Accelerometer also operates with the Trendmaster 2000 system. The accelerometer interfaces with the 200100 Dual Acceleration to Velocity flexiTIM Module and the 89130-01 Acceleration-to-Velocity TIM (Transducer Interface Module), as well as the 1900/25 and 1900/27 monitors.
The 20015x Accelerometers feature a hermetically sealed, stainless steel case. This design provides an extremely rugged transducer that is well suited for harsh industrial environments. The transducer’s top-mounted, 5-pin connector allows you to easily install and remove the interconnecting signal cable. A 3/8-24 threaded hole on the bottom of the sensor’s casing accommodates several mounting options.
The 200151-60-03-00 Bently Nevada Accelerometers may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

1.Auxiliary Production Units (BOPs): Widely used in large industrial fans (forced ventilation, induced draft fans), cooling tower fans, centrifugal pumps, and heavy-duty electric motors.
2.Reciprocating and Screw Compressors: Used to monitor high-frequency impact noise and casing vibration to detect loose parts or detached rods early.
3.Gearboxes and Drive Systems: Used to transmit high-frequency vibration data generated by gear meshing and rolling bearing failures, helping to predict gear pitting or cage failure before catastrophic seizures occur.
4.Petrochemical and Oil & Gas Refineries: Used in critical delivery pumps, mixers, and gas distribution blowers.
5.The chemical corrosion resistance of the sheathing material protects internal piping from damage caused by process fluid splashes and oil mist.
6.Power Generation Facilities: Used in conventional coal/gas-fired power plants and hydroelectric power stations to monitor cooling water inlet pumps, exciter bearings, and ventilation equipment.
7.Heavy Manufacturing and Mining: Installed in large ore crushers, conveyor drive systems, and bulk material handling equipment, frequently exposed to dust, gravel, and physical impacts.
