As the core intelligent monitoring component of the entire control system's power network, its main function is to connect, distribute, and monitor the power supply to critical equipment (such as solenoid valves, trip circuits, and controllers) within the system and in industrial applications.
In practical industrial applications, this module exhibits superior power management capabilities and extremely high system fault tolerance and self-diagnostic capabilities. It not only provides high-precision real-time monitoring of the voltage and current of each branch power supply but also integrates high-speed fuse status detection and field circuit disconnection alarm functions.
The IS220PPDAH1B General Electric Power Distribution Feedback Module may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

This component employs an automated plug-and-play architecture. Upon connection, it cross-references the target hardware's electronic ID (ID chip) and automatically adjusts its feedback thresholds to match specific power configurations.
1.Native Mounting Base: It can be directly mounted onto dedicated power distribution frames, including JPDM (Power Distribution Module), JPDC (Rack-Mounted Power Distribution), or JPDS (Selector Power Distribution) boards.
2.Auxiliary Signal Connections: It can be connected to adjacent accessory monitoring components, such as JPDB, JPDF, or JPDE boards, using dedicated flat cable jumpers.
3.Hazardous Environment Protection: A protective conformal coating prevents performance degradation in high humidity or industrial environments. The H1B version is certified for use in certified hazardous areas and requires compatible accessories such as IS202JPDSG1A or IS40yJPDGH1A.
The IS220PPDAH1B receives power through its matched power distribution terminals. Its internal high-isolation sensor circuitry converts the voltage and current amplitudes of each power source into weak electrical signals recognizable by a microprocessor.
The module's built-in high-speed sampling chip and processor (MCU/FPGA) perform high-frequency digital conversion on these signals and compare them in real time with preset thresholds to determine the presence of overvoltage, undervoltage, or overcurrent faults.
All processed power status, fuse health indicators, and self-diagnostic data are uploaded in real time to the Mark VIe main controller via a dual-redundant 100 Mbps Industrial Ethernet (IONet) interface, enabling closed-loop monitoring and safety protection of the entire control system's power network.
