Design Focus & Target Applications
Features:
- 1 drive channel (controls exactly one rotary, linear, or brushless motor)
- Typically configured for 320 V DC nominal (accepts a broad operational span from 24 V DC to 320 V DC)
- Fully digital, high-resolution Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) with a typical current loop sampling frequency up to 20 kHz
The SK700E-151-340-A is a high-performance industrial-grade frequency converter (inverter controller) manufactured by Nordak Drives Group in Germany. It has a rated power of 1.5 kW (corresponding to an output current of 3.4A to 3.6A) and is suitable for 380V-480V three-phase AC power grid environments. This module adopts an open modular design, focusing on core power drive functions, and can be flexibly connected to various industrial control signals and communication networks by adding different expansion user units (such as SK CU1 series I/O modules or fieldbus modules).
It features a built-in braking chopper that can be directly connected to an external braking resistor for rapid motor deceleration and precise stopping. Furthermore, it is equipped with a Class A electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) line filter to effectively suppress harmonic interference to the power grid. This inverter not only supports PTC resistor input for real-time motor temperature monitoring but also integrates a process PID controller, enabling independent closed-loop control of parameters such as pressure and flow rate without the need for an additional PLC.
The SK700E-151-340-A NORD Inverter Drive may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

The DDM3U-1 is optimized for ultra-smooth speed profile execution and minimal static position jitter. It is commonly used in industries requiring sub-micron precision:
1.Wafer Inspection Systems: Smoothly drives linear platforms, preventing image blurring during semiconductor microscopy scanning.
2.Flat Panel Display (FPD) Processing: Handles high-acceleration motion while protecting large glass substrates from vibration.
3.Large Gantry Tables: Serves as the primary power source for the spindles of precision pick-and-place or laser cutting equipment.
4.High Motor Compatibility: A single module can be configured via software to drive three-phase AC synchronous/asynchronous brushless motors, DC brushed motors, or two-phase/three-phase stepper motors.
