The VT5013-37/R5E is an industrial-grade analog proportional amplifier card manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It employs a standard Eurocard design and is primarily used for precise control of proportional throttle valves or proportional hydraulic valves with electrical feedback. The card supports a variety of analog input values (e.g., 0 to ±10 V differential voltage or 4 to 20 mA current) and can output high dynamic drive current, thereby precisely controlling the thrust and displacement of the proportional electromagnet to achieve closed-loop linear control of flow and pressure in hydraulic systems.
As the core of the Eurocard control system, this model integrates rich signal conditioning and safety protection functions. The "R5" in the model name indicates that the card has a built-in ramp generator with an adjustable range of up to 5 seconds, which smooths sudden command inputs and effectively prevents severe mechanical shocks and "water hammer" phenomena in hydraulic lines. In addition, it also integrates open-circuit detection, output short-circuit protection, and indicator light diagnostic systems. In the event of a power outage, a broken feedback line, or improper operation, it can automatically shut off the output, thereby ensuring the physical safety of the hydraulic equipment and core valve components.
The VT5013-37/R5E Rexroth Analog proportional amplifier card may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Important Notice: Other accessories, manuals, cables, calibration data, software, etc. are not included with this equipment unless listed in the above stock item description. All prices are shown in USD.
Sensor Interface: Onboard oscillator and demodulator circuitry, designed for AC-powered inductive position feedback sensors.
Dimensions: Standard European standard card with a 32-pin male connector (compliant with DIN 41612 Type D).
Adjustment Controls: Potentiometers on the front panel are used for zero-point calibration (Zw), maximum gain/amplitude (Gw), and ramp time (t).
Power Isolation: To protect internal semiconductors from harmful inductor feedback spikes, the amplifier card must be inserted or removed with the system power completely off.
Control Zero Rise: The internal measurement control reference zero (M0) rises +9V relative to the negative (0V) power supply line. Never connect the ground pin of the M0 or LVDT sensor directly to the main 0V operating voltage line, as this will short-circuit the control logic.
Shielding Protocol: All command lines, feedback lines, and LVDT sensor lines must use twisted-pair shielded cables. The shielding layer must be connected to the control cabinet ground only at one end to completely prevent ground loops.
Physical Location: This analog card should be kept at least 1 meter away from high-frequency noise sources such as radio transmitters or radar arrays. Do not route valve solenoid signal lines parallel to high-voltage AC power lines.
