3300 NSv Probe Profile:

The 330901-11-43-10-02-05 is configured with a 1.1 in unthreaded length and a 4.3 in overall case length. Its 02 cable option specifies a miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector with standard cable, while option 05 specifies Multiple Approvals.

The NSv probe is suited to centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, process gas compressors, and other fluid-film-bearing machines where counterbore, side-view, or rear-view clearance restricts the use of standard 5 mm or 8 mm probes.
Its small-target capability supports radial measurements on shafts below 51 mm and axial measurements on flat targets below 15 mm, subject to the target-size and spacing guidance in the manufacturer datasheet.

Probe Setup Notes:
Install 330901-11-43-10-02-05 with the appropriate 3300 NSv extension cable and 3300 XL NSv Proximitor Sensor so that the complete transducer system has the required 5 m or 7 m system length. Maintain the manufacturer-recommended 1.0 mm probe gap and use AISI 4140 steel calibration assumptions unless a different target material calibration has been ordered.
Observe the 25.4 mm minimum cable bend radius, the 0.375 in maximum thread engagement for a 1/4-28 probe, and the recommended 5.1 N·m probe-case installation torque. To reduce cross-talk, maintain at least 25 mm tip separation for axial measurements or 23 mm for radial measurements when probes are installed close together.
Protect ClickLoc connections from liquid ingress, avoid electrostatic discharge during handling, and note that sustained probe exposure below -34°C may cause premature pressure-seal failure even though the stated probe operating range extends to -52°C.
