The 3500/33 149986-01 is the spare relay control module at the front of a Bently Nevada 16-channel relay assembly. It allows configured machinery-monitoring conditions to drive separate relay actions through the selected rear output module. Each output has its own Alarm Drive Logic, using AND and OR combinations of the rack's alarm states, Not-OK conditions and individual measured variables. The assembly therefore supports voting arrangements based on more than one monitor channel. Four groups of four relays can be configured for normally energized or normally de-energized operation. The rear output part determines whether standard, failsafe or low-current contacts are used. Because load ratings, approval limits and software requirements belong to the complete arrangement, the control module and output module should be verified together before replacement.

Program each channel from the required rack alarm conditions. AND/OR logic can combine measured-variable, Alert, Danger and Not-OK states rather than relying on one fixed alarm source.
Choose the 149992-series rear output module to suit standard, failsafe or low-current duty. Contact ratings and minimum switched load depend on that selection and the installation approval.
Standard, hazardous-area and functional-safety systems do not share every contact-voltage allowance. Use the relevant manufacturer rating table and disconnect power before service.
