Mains power rail (24Vdc—110Vdc) with 4 sections. The MB-0002 mains power rail distributes a DC voltage in the range of 24Vdc- 110Vdc from (multiple) redundant power supplies to its users. The MB-0002 mains power rail has 48 connection points and can distribute up to 200 A. Connection to the rail requires special connectors. They may be of type Jackscrew (JCK) or of type Squeeze-To-Release (STR).

The FS-MB-0002 operates primarily based on a low-impedance, high-current parallel bus and a multi-node matrix equipotential distribution mechanism. When multiple redundant power modules (main power supplies) supply 24V-110V DC power to the FS-MB-0002 via thickened cables, its robust, low-impedance aluminum alloy main bus utilizes its extremely low internal resistance to safely parallel and combine multiple power supplies at the hardware physical level, thereby minimizing losses.
Subsequently, it utilizes the voltage balancing characteristics of the entire metal casing to ensure that the 48 physical screw connection points on the board maintain absolutely equal potential (zero voltage difference), thus preventing reverse surge currents between different downstream safety devices due to ground potential differences or voltage fluctuations.
When a branch load suddenly experiences a surge or short circuit, thanks to its strong current buffering capacity and thermal capacity, the high-capacity bus can stabilize the main voltage within microseconds before the downstream fuse blows. This ensures that the other 47 parallel safety devices and control units still receive an absolutely clean and stable power supply, achieving true hardware-level circuit breaker isolation protection.
Redundant Power Supply Integration: It connects directly to the output of dual redundant 24V DC (or 48V/110V DC) power supplies. If one power supply fails, the bus seamlessly draws power from the backup power supply without interrupting system operation.
Rack-Level Power Distribution: It connects the main power supply's thick power lines to individual sub-circuits, such as the central processing unit, communication modules, and security I/O enclosures.
Common Ground/Return Rail: It is typically used as a high-density centralized common return rail or negative reference rail to stabilize the voltage in large multi-rack control systems.
