Features:
- Designed exclusively to support and interface with the IOC-555 architecture (Input/Output Controller platform)
- Standard industrial 24 V DC framework (±10%)
- Efficiently rated at < 20 W maximum power consumption
The CCC TIOC-555HD typically serves as the core physical communication link in high-density I/O configurations, working in conjunction with the main controller or IOC-555 expansion modules. This module is designed to handle complex industrial signal routing and impedance matching in the field, providing a highly reliable and seamless control and communication link for high-precision automated control stations of large rotating equipment such as centrifugal compressors, gas turbines, and steam turbines.
This module exhibits superior electrical and environmental isolation characteristics in terms of hardware protection and adaptability to complex industrial environments. It integrates advanced signal conversion and hardware error-proofing logic, and can be seamlessly integrated into control cabinets via standard DIN rail or embedded mounting. As a high-speed data relay interface in the system, this module reliably isolates and modulates various discrete or analog signals entering the control core, effectively preventing high-frequency electromagnetic noise from interfering with the main control processor.
The TIOC-555HD Compressor Controls Corporation (CCC) Transition Module may still be available for purchase and support from Moore Automated Company beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

The core working principle of the TIOC-555HD lies in its high-speed parallel reassembly, impedance matching, and bidirectional electrical isolation conversion of multi-channel signals. When sensors from the compressor field (such as tachometers and pressure transmitters) or valve drive commands from the main control cabinet flow through this board, its internal transformer and filter conditioning network (transformer logic) performs real-time impedance matching and noise suppression on the complex, high-density industrial I/O electrical signals.
It physically cuts off the direct path between external field wiring and the internal core low-voltage microprocessor, thereby suppressing raw electrical noise. After reassembly and hardware conversion, the high-integrity signal is distributed to control cards such as the IOC-555 with extremely low latency and extremely high accuracy, assisting the real-time operating system (RTOS) in making complex anti-surge and speed chain control decisions within milliseconds, perfectly achieving a secure data link connection between the low-voltage control topology and the high-voltage execution loop.
Because the TIOC-555HD is designed for continuous, sub-millisecond execution cycles, it is widely used in demanding anti-surge and performance automation systems:
Steam turbine systems: precise anti-surge control, steam/gas turbine speed regulation, and optimized extraction loop tracking.
Petrochemical and energy industries: distributed field instrumentation pipelines requiring stringent safety interlocks and high-density data logging.
